Silambarasan's 'Silambattam' will hit the screens this December. The movie is highly anticipated by Simbu's fans and the good news for them is that the film has been completed and ready to hit the screens.
Starring Simbhu, newcomer Sana Khan and Sneha in pivotal roles, the movie is directed by debutant Saravanan and produced by Lakshmi Movie Makers.
Featuring Simbu as a Brahmin priest, who becomes an angry young man due to various incidents the movie has reportedly come good. Expectations are that it would open big.
Songs by Yuvanshankar are topping the charts already. The remix number 'Vachukava' is a craze among youth. Says Simbhu, 'the movie has enough elements to woo the masses. The story has many unexpected twists and is sure to click'.

Aishwarya Rai who is busy with her shooting schedule in Mani Ratnam’s film is said to dump Shanker’s Endhiran. Some sources reveal that Ayngaran international has strictly warned Shanker to complete this project in the proposed 160 core project and that too within 20 months time.
But shanker recently demanded that his film needs some ore investments which can go up to 190 crores. For this Ayngaran International officials stepped down the project and has threatened Shanker to shelf this project.
So shanker is looking out compromise with the budget fearing the fate of Kamal’s Marmayogi. Meanwhile on Friday evening Shanker received a shock as Aishwarya who was supposed to attend the endhiran shooting from 20th November has backed out of the project. Shanker immediately contacted the lady and was given a simple sorry by Aish. She is available to Shanker only after December 3rd and so Shanker is in deep trouble now
