Suneil Shetty and Ekta Kapoor's joint venture EMI was slated for release this Diwali, alongside Golmaal Returns and Fashion. But news is that EMI has been postponed to November 7. The reason being shortage of theatres as Golmaal Returns and Fashion have blocked a majority of the screens.
By playing safe, EMI will now get its pick of theatres.
