Many of the Malayalam actresses who had come from Malayalam film industry to Kollywood industry got married to foreign nationals. Karthika falling in line with Manju Varyar, Divya Unni, Samuktha, Nithyadoss , Nandana and Gopika will be getting married to a foreign national.
Karthika who had acted in the film with Sarath Kumar in Nam Nadu and also in the film Pulan Visaranai 2 is currently acting Dindigul Sarathi, Naalai Namadhe and Aaru Maname. Her betrothal took place last week in Kerala. Karthika said that her marriage date will be fixed only after completing her current commitments.
